GMC Estonia MTÜ represents in the Baltics the world's largest leadership competition Global Management Challenge (GMC). GMC is a competition for teams. Every year thousands of companies and students from more than 30 countries participate. The goal of the participants is to manage a simulated company and achieve the highest return on investment at the end of the competition. In the Baltic States, companies have the opportunity to participate with their teams in this business competition once a year. The competition is virtual. During it, the teams get the access to a business management simulation system, where they can increase their competitiveness, improve their skills in strategic business management, develop their ability in teamwork, optimize their time management, etc..
