"Skilled Up" project participants prepared doll houses for kindergartens

The German-Baltic Chamber of Commerce (AHK) is proud to be one of the nine project partners of the Erasmus+ Sector Skills Alliances project "Skills for Baltic Wood Industry - European Quality in Vocational Education and Training", abbreviated "Skilled-Up"!

17 participants have successfully completed the "Skilled-Up" program for first level managers in the Wood Processing Sector 2019/2020 at Võru County Vocational Training Centre in Estonia. As the final project participants prepared doll houses which will be gifted to four different kindergartens. The programme received a very positive feedback from the participants. They evaluated the program with 4.67 out of 5 possible points for the criterion of whether it met their expectations. The participants also confirmed the great importance of the training program for their professional careers and said that the experience and knowledge gained were also positively evaluated by their employers.
